Abstract

The success of students in learning activities is largely determined by how their motivation and learning achievements are, several factors that influence in accordance with the opinion), namely the availability of tools for learning as a supporting tool for learning activities, as a step to support the learning of the availability of educational tools, there is room for learning, family economics that support, in this study researchers will see how parental guidance on the influence of learning motivation. Abstract

Non-formal education programs can be carried out by families, communities, or governments. Padang Industrial Training Center is a form of a government institution that organizes non-formal education programs, Padang Industrial Training Center has the duty to improve and provide knowledge and training in the field of embroidery and fashion to the people of West Sumatra Province and outside West Sumatra. Padang Industrial Training and Education Center has many programs in the field of embroidery and fashion, one example of the program is education and training in batik 3 in 1. This study aims to determine the comparison of learning outcomes of training participants who live in Bengkulu City with those who live in Kepahiang Regency in participating in a 3 in 1 batik training program at BDI Padang. This type of research is Comparative Causal. The population in this study were training participants who participated in the 3 in 1 written batik training in class IX and class XIII in 2019, amounting to 134 people. The sample in this study amounted to 68 people using stratified-cluster random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques used are observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. Analysis of the data used quantitatively using a t-test using SPSS 24 software. Based on the results of the study the learning outcomes of Bengkulu City training participants at most with excellent criteria, namely 20 people (58.8%) and as many as 14 people on good criteria, the learning outcomes of the Kepahiang City training participants at most with very good criteria, namely 30 people (88, 2%) and as many as 4 people (11.8%) criteria are good and there are differences in learning outcomes between students who live in cities and training participants who live in districts in participating in 3 in 1 education and training at Padang BDI, meaning that the hypothesis Ha is accepted. It is recommended for the Department of non-school education of Padang State University to be able to make the results of this study as a reference in teaching materials on education and training in various regions.Keywords: Learning Outcomes of Education and Training, Bengkulu City, Kepahiang District

Abstract

The background of this research, namely the low interest of the community in utilizing TBM (TBM) in PKBM Tapakis Cerdas, this is allegedly related to the incomplete facilities available in TBM PKBM Tapakis Cerdas. The purpose of this research is to describe: (1) facilities available in TBM PKBM Tapakis Cerdas, (2) community interest in utilizing TBM in PKBM Tapakis Cerdas, and (3) the relationship between available facilities and community interest in utilizing TBM in PKBM Tapakis Cerdas. This type of research, namely correlational quantitative research with a population of all people registered with TBM, people who have visited TBM at least twice in 2018, amounting to 24 people, and the entire population used as a sample called respondents. The sampling technique in this study, the census method. While the data collection technique uses a questionnaire, and the data collection tool uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using the calculation of percentages and Rank Order Correlation. The results of the study stated that: (1) the facilities available at TBM PKBM Tapakis Cerdas were in the incomplete category, (2) community interest in utilizing TBM in PKBM Tapakis Cerdas was in a low category, (3) There was a significant relationship between the facilities available with community interest in utilizing TBM in PKBM Tapakis Cerdas. Based on the results of the study it is recommended that TBM managers in PKBM Tapakis Cerdas further enhance and equip facilities at TBM.Keywords: Facilities, Interests, Community Reading Park

Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of the coastal environment on the character of early childhood in the PAUD Amal Saleh Foundation. The study uses descriptive survey research that is explanatory research. Data obtained from this research will be processed through descriptive statistics, then confirmed again in the field through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies in order to obtain comprehensive research answers. The sample taken here is an early childhood from the coast which has a bad character, which is as many as 7 people. The instrument used in the form of a questionnaire will be asked to the PAUD educator about the characteristics of early childhood. The questionnaire was arranged as an interview guide. The questionnaire was intended for all three children who had problems with their bacteria. The results of this study indicate that the environment has a significant influence on the character of early childhood. Early childhood who live on the coast will have a different character from early childhood who live at home. The results showed significant results. The character is influenced by one's living environment. If the environment is good, then it can be ensured that the person's character will also be good.Keywords: Environmental Influence, Early Childhood, Character

Abstract

Penelitian ini dasarkan pada fenomena rendahnya perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia sekolah dasar di Jorong Lubuk Ameh. Hal ini diduga karena kurangnya perhatian yang diberikan oleh orang tua di Jorong Lubuk Ameh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap gambaran perkembangan sosial-emosional anak usia sekolah dasar, perhatian orang tua, dan mengungkap hubungan perkembangan sosial-emosional anak usia sekolah dasar di Jorong Lubuk Ameh. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 60 orang, sampel yang dipilih sebanyak  30 dengan menggunakan teknik simple randon sampling. Jenis data penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase dan rumus korelasi Spearman Rho. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perhatian orang tua terhadap anak rendah; 2) perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia sekolah dasar masih rendah; 3) Melihat hubungan antara perhatian orang terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia SD di Jorong Lubuk Ameh. Saran : bagi orang tua untuk memperhatikan perkembangan sosial emosional anak agar kedepannya dapat bersosialisasi dengan baik dan dapat mengontrol emosinya dan bagi pihak sekolah agar mengajarkan cara bersosialisasi dengan memberikan tugas kelompok dan memberikan permainan kelompok kepada anak berinteraksi dan mampu mengontrol emosi.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the attention of parents to students at TPQ Al-muasyarah Jorong Hulu Banda, Malalak District. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study. The population in this study were 75 students of TPQ Al-muasyarah Jorong Hulu Banda, Malalak District. The sample in this study amounted to 38 (50%) people using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. Quantitative data analysis used descriptive analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate 1) The attention of parents to students is classified as high enough, 2) The motivation to learn students is classified as high. Research suggestions are: 1) Parents should be able to provide learning motivation to children in order to improve understanding and learning achievement of students, 2) It is hoped that other researchers can look for other variables that affect students' learning motivation.Keywords: Al-Qur'an Education Park, Parents' Attention, Learning Motivation

Abstract

Researchers suspect the cause of increased crop yields is due to the implementation of learning in good agricultural extension by the Farmers Fajar Menyingsing group. This research aims to see an overview of the Implementation of Agricultural Counseling Learning in terms of aspects of learning material and aspects of learning methods. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were 30 members of the Farmers Fajar Menyingsing group. Samples were taken as much as 75% of the entire Farmers Fajar Menyingsing group, totaling 30 people. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire, while the data collection tool was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using the percentage formula. The results of the study showed that the description of the implementation of farmer group counseling learning in the Dawn of Judging in terms of learning material aspects was already in the good category, this indicates that the learning citizens could understand the learning material conveyed by the instructor. An overview of the implementation of agricultural extension learning Farmers Fajar Menyingsing group in terms of aspects of learning methods are already in the good category, this indicates that learning citizens can understand the learning material provided by instructors with interesting learning methods, the suitability of the material with the method, and the effectiveness of the use of learning methods.Keywords: Implementation, Learning, Success

Abstract

This research describes the effectiveness of using powerpoint media on adolescent learning in the mosque Air Tawar Timur. The population in this research is 40sampels, with a total sample of 20 people using a cluster sampling technique. The main instrument of this research is observation. Based on the research, result of uji hipotesis is thitung> ttable(2,09 <9,30>2,86). The difference in control class increase to experiment class is significant. So this activity can be effective when using powerpoint media.Keywords: Learning Media, Participation
